Legal Framework
Perth College UHI was established as a self-governing body on 1 April 1993 under the terms of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992. A copy of the Act is available online from the web site of Her Majesty's Stationery Office or in paper format from The Stationery Office. Prices are set by The Stationery Office.
Governance Structure
Perth College UHI is governed by a Board of Management, chaired by Penny Brodie. The College Principal is Mandy Exley. In addition to membership of the Board, Ms Exley leads the College's Executive Board. The College's Senior Management Team, chaired by Ms Exley, comprises all members of the Executive Board in addition to the Curriculum Director of Technology and Creative industries and the Curriculum Director of Service Industries and Care.
