Perth College UHI and the Green Park Hotel in Pitlochry have a long and successful working partnership.
Alistair McMenemie, Owner and Managing Director of the successful hotel, explained.
"Over the years, Perth College UHI has been a great help in bringing on the development of our workers with bespoke training guidance. Kitchen training courses have been adapted to the individual, as well as management and supervisory level courses.
"Customer care courses have been made available to the whole range of our departments, to the great benefit of customers and staff alike."
He added: "The compulsory sections of the new Licensing Act were navigated more easily with the help of the College and, with everything else, the follow-up process has been excellent."
